Return Policy

Granbury Solutions offers returns for qualifying hardware purchases. Returns are accepted for either an exchange or for credit to your original method of payment. We also offer returns for qualifying defective or malfunctioning equipment. Details on all three types of returns, as well as how to request one, are below.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

Any new, in original packing, equipment may be exchanged for another item for up to 60 days after the date of purchase by contacting rma@thrivepos.com.  Please use care when selecting hardware items, as choosing the wrong item(s) could incur additional shipping costs for replacements.

RETURNS FOR CREDIT

Any new, in original packaging, equipment may be returned to Granbury Solutions up to 60 days after the date of purchase for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee, provided the item is returned at customer expense and an RMA number is obtained by contacting rma@thrivepos.com.

RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE/MALFUNCTIONING EQUIPMENT

Granbury Solutions offers a 60 day warranty on all hardware.  Many of the items we sell also have manufacturer’s warranties for up to 3 years from the date of purchase. If an item is malfunctioning, please contact our support department at 817-750-3947 Option 1, or by visiting the Customer Care Portal for troubleshooting help.  If we are unable to resolve the issue, the next steps will be determined by date of purchase and the type of equipment in question.
